Stare Down

Stare Down by Robby Edwards

Glacier National Park, August 2006

Aside from the spectacular scenery, one of the highlights of Glacier National Park for us was the opportunity to see a lot of wildlife. We saw two bighorn sheep grazing near the trail which leads to Hidden Lake from Logan Pass. And several others off at a distance during our hike.

We also saw several mountain goats, including a few lambs on this hike. Elsewhere in the park, we saw two black bears on separate occasions, as well.
